Job Description
This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, able to prioritize work assignments as they come in, capable of working independently and flexible.
Responsibilities:
• Answering calls, taking messages, respond to emails and compose letters.
• Typing in Farsi, preparing and collating reports.
• Filing and keeping records both manually and electronically.
• Processing and keeping fund and expenses.
• Performing administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Developing and implementing office procedures.
• Performing some out of office work, including buying office supplies, going to bank, and sometimes going to offices and organizations to follow up on tasks.
