This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, able to prioritize work assignments as they come in, capable of working independently and flexible.
• Answering calls, taking messages, respond to emails and compose letters.
• Typing in Farsi, preparing and collating reports.
• Filing and keeping records both manually and electronically.
• Processing and keeping fund and expenses.
• Performing administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Developing and implementing office procedures.
• Performing some out of office work, including buying office supplies, going to bank, and sometimes going to offices and organizations to follow up on tasks.
The ideal candidate for this position must:
• Hold a bachelor degree preferably in engineering, science, business, management, or accounting.
• Over 3 years of clerical experience.
• Be expert and professional in word and excel.
• Be experienced in preparing and writing official letters.
• Be able to work independently.
