Job Description

-Parmeen Negin Technology Company, in cooperation with the best experts and elites from the Sharif & Tehran University of Technology’s engineers. Parmeen Negin Technology is seeking energetic, proactive and result oriented Marketing Experts. -Main Responsibilities: -Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms -Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings -Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (English & Persian) (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) -Make travel arrangements for executives -Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure -Maintain scheduling and event calendars -Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately -Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals -Handle problems and complaints in a calm, professional and timely fashion -Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information -Liaising between other staff and the Manager -Coordinating with Managers in a Global Retail company -Support administration manager to manage the related office tasks according to job profile -Documentation and document management in related departments and disciplines -Assist the department or discipline management team for daily works and administrations -Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents -Responsible for the drafting of various documents, binding and delivery work, timely processing of superior file receipt, transfer, reminders, complete the files recovery and return -Ensure that the daily administrative needs are fulfilled -Prepare and manage all correspondence, reports and documents. -Welcoming internal visitors and having highest level of communication and correspondence -Organize all appointments, invitations and meetings -Organize travels including ticketing, accommodation and etc. -Report directly to CEO and Managers

Requirements

-University Qualification: Bachelor or above -Having at least 2-year experience -Professional in Microsoft office -Knowing a good system of filing -Creating presentation report -IT skills such as Photoshop and presentation -Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures -Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills -High level of organization and self-discipline -Ability to coordinate multiple activities -Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work -High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role -Smart and fast learner -Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking -Applicants must be based in Tehran
