
Job Description
-Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences. -Organize internal and external events. -Handle incoming mail and other material. -Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms -Responding to incoming email (Persian or English) -Perform daily request for the unit and follow up -Controlling and reviewing open forms and reviewing serials of equipment -Provide and arrange shift rotation support experts -Prepare and set up hub assignment shifts for support experts -Tracking and completing information on indicators for evaluating the performance of experts -Create a file for each hub and center and sort the corresponding archive -Preparing case reports from CRM -Provide information on evaluation indicators from CRM or required resources
Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in IT, ICT, Computer, Electronics, related fields -Gender preference: female -Fluent in English (reading, writing, conversation) -Proficiency in MS office especially in Excel. -Previous experience: At least 1-3 years of experience related field -Being responsible and committed. -Ideal age:22-38 -Gender preference: Female
