The Role To independently manage and organize the efficient functioning of the manager's office and to prioritize all appointments and activities. Maintain calendar of meetings and appointments. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents Excellent time management & perfect attention to detail Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required Being very precise, responsible & good team player Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination. Effective communication and Excellent Public relations Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation...) for executives if needed. Office Location -> Saadat Abad
Requirements
Requirements •Female only •Single- 23-34 years old, •Bachelor's degree with excellent spoken & written English •With at least 2 years of work experience useful and relevant as Secretary or Assistant or Office Manager •Professional in Microsoft Office •A fast-paced environment, be able to do multiple tasks simultaneously •Excellent communication, organizational and written skills •Independently manage and organize the efficient functioning of the Manager, coordinate and prioritize the daily and medium term activities •Welcoming internal and external visitors and handling of high level communication and correspondence •Manage and organize internal and external meetings, communicate and confirm attendees, confirm agenda, ensure meeting resources, and organize travels. •Efficiently process and manage all inbound and outbound data and information, both confidential and routine; screen and sort mails, e-mails and other documents and ensure acknowledgments and responses are provided •Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations •Ability to monitor employee attendance system • Strong communication skills and excellent public relations • Professional appearance and presentation • Highly organized, energetic, and quick at work • Detailed-oriented, motivated and flexible.
