Job Description

• Provide general administrative support; • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems using a computer; • Communicate with customers, employees, consultants and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints; • Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail; • Organize, coordinate and attend meetings and conferences; • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities; • Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports. • Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents; • Make all necessary travel arrangements for both local and international trips; • Keep management informed by preparing, reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information and identifying trends; • Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments; • Keep records of documents and work flows and extensive follow up on the results of the work assigned to the staff or external service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; • At least 3 years of experience in a related field; • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office software; • Good command of English language would be an advantage; • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills; • Well organized and having good time management skills; • Ideal Age range: 25-35; • Gender: Female; • Location: Tehran
