General secretarial and administration tasks in the office as below description: In charge of the front office. Taking care of incoming calls,faxes,e-mails. Filing system arrangement. Visa,ticketing and hotel arrangement for Expatriates and Iranian employees. Assisting the country manager in submitting the Required documents and responding to letters E-mails and related issues. Overseeing meeting and time schedules. In charge of the office in place of country manager. Reporting to Country Manager.
Requirements
Education: BA Degree preferably in english,management or related major fields. Computer Ability: Excellent command of MS office soft wares. Language Skills: Fluent in speaking english and capable of excellent english communication in writing. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years with international companies. Age Range: 25-35 years old. Current Residence: Tehran
