Job Description

-Answering phone calls -Preparing and typing draft letters -Following tasks assigned to different departments -Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents -Meeting and appointment coordination -Responding emails, letters and enquiries -Cooperate in meetings (preparing minutes of meetings and further follow-ups) -Managing visitors and coordinating for reception of guests -Arrangement of all flights, hotel bookings and getting visa for business and other trips -Assisting management in other tasks and activities

Requirements

-Having at least 5 year experience as secretary or assistant (smart and motivated candidates with less experience will also be considered for the job) -Ability to recognize the principles and concepts of organization and management -Ability to recognize the principles and concepts of secretariat -Effective communication skill and excellent public relations -Intelligent and fast earner -Fluent in English -Familiar with labor laws and social security -Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), emails (Outlook) and Internet -Ability to coordinate multiple tasks -Ability to effectively manage time -Ability to plan and coordinate activities in the field of work -Being very responsible and self-disciplined -Honesty and personal maturity -Creative and interested in learning -Good team player -Loyal to work -High energetic and motivated -Flexibility to work based on demands of the role
