Job Description

• Identify and remove impediments of the production team • Prepare a report on the team process • Hold and manage scrum events • Help the team and its members to clarify and achieve sprint • Scrum training helps the development team and the team focus on delivering high quality stories on predictable and sustainable tracking. • Facilitate daily stand-up. • Facilitate Sprint events (planning, browsing, retrospective, cleaning) • Study the end-of-day criteria and prepare Burn-Down and Burn-Up charts for daily stand-up. • Update the current release schedule based on completed stories and changes made to Sprint. • Value the speed of the team
