Job Description

• Implementation of Scrum process in different work teams and monitoring it’s procedures • Organizing, facilitating, & attending all scrum meetings and also detailed recording of designed functions in them • Monitoring of scrum team efficiency • Follow up work tasks and all planning for controlling current projects • Permanent residency in teams in order to prevent all kinds of direct communication and unwritten and planned ones • Analysis, preparing and presenting control project reports and sprints; work procedure, Burn down chart, Velocity • Effective cooperation with technical and product managers
