• Supporting the development team according to SCRUM.
• Organizing and facilitating the solution according to SCRUM.
• Training and implementing the Scrum process and monitoring its process.
• Organizing and facilitating scrum meetings.
• Defining the duration of a sprint.
• Guiding the team in order to comply with all process schedules.
• Improving team creativity and efficiency.
• Monitoring team performance.
• Identifying the basic needs or supplementary resources for the implementation of the project.
• Helping the product owner to create the correct product backlog.
• Helping the product owner to prioritize and properly prepare the product backlog items.
• Helping the product owner to ensure a manageable product backlog.
• Helping the product owner in setting and estimating product versions.
• Helping the product owner to identify project risks.
• Supervising how engineering activities are carried out.
• Training and guiding the team in order to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
• Removing obstacles affecting the work of the team and the project process.
• Protecting the team from external problems and interactions.
• Identifying problems in the work process and providing solutions.
• Monitoring steps and processes.
• Supervising team coordination and teamwork.
• Supervising the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback and relevant reports, and analyzing them.
• Accepting responsibility for the process of projects and team performance.
• Updating general knowledge about psychology and how to solve problems among team members.
• Smoothing the interactions of team groups to help the team reach its potential.
• Maintaining strong public relations with all product managers and different departments.
• Assigning duties, responsibilities, and limits of authority to project personnel.
• Monitoring milestones and attainable points in the project.
• Following up until the result is achieved.
• Carrying out defined missions and following up on field affairs outside of Tehran.
