Job Description

As an SAP-ERP HR business Analyst at Zarrin you are responsible for the proper Implementation and conform of the world standards of the SAP ERP system, Design, test, training, and support from its implementation within the human resource unit. • Obtain an accurate understanding of corporate activities, industry, and documentation of existing processes. • Execute the Blueprint sessions, (Cognition, analysis, and design) to implement the correct and standard system of documenting future processes in order to optimal implementation. • Document all decisions made in meetings with stakeholders and senior managers for decision making. • Provide training courses for system users and stakeholders to use the ERP system in all phases of the project. • Responsible for determining the accuracy and completeness of the information transmission system from the previous systems to the ERP system and system settings. • ERP system support after full launch. • Preparation of the work procedure with the system per process. • Track cases, process problems, and system settings. • Providing advice and optimal solutions based on the features available in the ERP system. • Ensure that project meetings and progress are based on the schedule. • The ability to lead and transfer of experiences and training to the new members of the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant fields with the ERP server module • +5 years of relevant work experience • +1 full-cycle SAP-HCM implementation experience • Proven experience in SAP-HCM or ESS/MSS and Fiori • Nice to Have Knowledge of SAP ABAP • Skills in ERP Systems, Documentation, Business Process • Proficiency in IT Project Management, IT Support Troubleshooting • Fluent in English both verbally and official writing • Excellent communication skills, change management and talent management
