- Receiving software problems, bug analysis, and following up on fixing them.
- Receiving the requirements of the organization, analyzing, providing a solution, and following it up in order to apply them in the system.
- Establishing new systems and facilities in the organization and related units.
- Responding to incoming calls from organizational units.
- Holding training sessions with users.
- Interacting with the technical team and the organization.
Requirements
- Familiar with the concepts of production planning.
- Familiar with financial and accounting concepts.
- Familiar with ERP-SAP software.
