Join our dynamic pharmaceutical team as a sales training specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales force. As a specialist focused on the pharmacy sector, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip our sales representatives with the expertise needed to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to pharmacies. Your responsibilities will include creating training materials, conducting workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our sales training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted training programs for sales representatives selling pharmaceuticals to pharmacies.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills.
- Collaborate with product managers, medical affairs, and marketing teams to stay updated on product information and market trends.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting content as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to reinforce learning and optimize performance.
This position entails a minimum of 3 days per week with missions outside Tehran.
