Job Description

We are recruiting a sales support supervisor to support the sales department in sales analysis and planning by liaising between sales, Logistics, and demand panning. ● Consolidate product sales forecasts, give necessary direction, and build coordination with planning to ensure optimum production. ● Follow up with sales performance versus objectives and provide feedback to the sales team. ● Follow up with sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and provide the team with necessary analysis in the weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly sales review meetings. ● Follow up with the department budget and cost including the Total Trade Spend (TTS) budget. ● Participate in distribution centers' daily and weekly operation review meetings and provide necessary reports and feedback to the sales manager. ● Calculate ROI(return on investment) for any sales promotion. ● Liaise with other divisions/departments (supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure integration of the Administration process. ● Ensure the adaptation of all tools that will allow the General Business Manager (GBM) to track and analyses Business related data. ● Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information and direct feedback from customers to relevant departments. ● Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested. ● Ensure strong administrative support to the sales manager. ● Assist in the annual budgeting process and calendarizing of volumes. ● Track sales by channel and stock-keeping unit (SKU). ● Calculate Salesforce Incentives. ● Ensure Key meetings are organized and held on a regular basis to support the information exchange between different functions and are duly documented.

Requirements

● Full knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. ● Fluent with the development of Excel reports. ● At least 3 years of experience in sales support or sales analysis. ● Service-oriented. ● Experience in FMCG will be an advantage. ● Familiarity with ERP. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or other related fields. ● Result-focused. ● Multi-task.
