Job Description
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings and adequate distribution within all channels of trade
- Develops and nurtures customer partnerships in order to maximize business opportunities with existing and potential re-distributors
- Ensures successful execution of trade marketing activities in the assigned provinces and provides effective and timely feedback on the success of such activities
- Sets and monitors the execution of daily and monthly sales targets for his team
- Makes regular random back-checks on provinces and providing feedback and implementing required corrective activities
- Prepares regular reports on planned activities, completed activities, results as well as ad-hoc reports as required by Senior Sales Manager
- Collects information on market conditions and sales activities, consolidates regional reports and delivers such reports according to the set procedure
- Full responsibility for achieving sales targets on assigned provinces
- To supervise the activities of Marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives for portfolio considering an agreed cost budget.
- Analysis of operational records and report to Managers.
- To supervise Sales in order to ensure field execution of the sales and distribution strategy in his assigned territory.
- Monitor and support to ensure sufficient stocks of POSM for the area. Ensure proper implementation of the same by the Distributor Sales
- Undertake systematic market visits across the area.
