To supervise the activities of field sales group in order to achieve monthly and annual sales volume objectives for all products within respecting ethical guidelines of the company.
To lead a special project with Med. Reps. or help the manager in the coordination of team activities.
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales.
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
Resolve complaints regarding sales and services.
Plan and direct staffs and their performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Determine price schedules and discount rates under supervision of C.E.O
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Determine visits’ action plan
To supervise the Med. Reps on how to handle difficult and complicated sales and take them on double visits to ensure goals are achieved.
Requirements
University qualifications: Veterinary Medicine, Midwifery, Nurse and other related fields.
Having some characteristics which is needed for this job including: Good communication skills, energetic, hard worker, coaching skills, team working and self-motivated person.
Administration and Management
Having 5 years related experience.
Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word
