Job Description
Achieve set sales targets and objectives and contributing to the determination of company strategies and making sales in the segments that is responsible for; increasing market share, enlarging customer portfolio in accordance with the company strategies and business plan.
- Working in line with company strategies in order to achieve approved sales targets, developing new sales strategies for product and service departments with a view to increase sales and profitability and directing the budget
- Achieving quarterly and yearly set sales targets
- Develop and update prospect list (potential customers)
- Keeping product information up-to-date
- Updating customer information on regular basis
- Mediating customer demands and solving customer problems
- Observing and reporting sales transactions
- Reviewing the offers made
- Keeping track of payments and collecting revenues personally when needed
- Collecting information about competitors by means of market visits, publications, customers fairs etc.
- Supporting the sales team for efficiency of the sales activities
- Keeping track of open accounts and ensuring that revenue collection is on time
- Follow the economic and technical developments in the country and around the world, keeping product information up-to-date, collecting information about rivals by means of market research
- Analyzing activities of competitors and taking needed steps, making benchmark studies
- Giving the required information, reports, developments and arising problems related to the mentioned tasks and responsibilities to the management
- Filing and preserving all kinds of required documents, contracts, reports and other papers
- Performing other tasks specified in the procedures
