Garma Electric is currently looking for a professional sales specialist to join our team in Tehran office.
General Purpose:
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an Assigned Territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related Services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Provide general technical support to clients
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Make sales call sand in-person visits and presentations to new and existing clients
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions and missions
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development
- You'll typically work a-44-hour week, although you may need to come in early or stay late during busy periods.
