Job Description

Objective: • Identification and qualification of new sales opportunities. • Build strong relationships with key decision makers within your portfolio. • Prioritization of opportunities to achieve consistent growth in targets. • Marketing and market making via telecommunication, holding meetings and advertising campaign • Market visits and monitor the competitor\'s activity with Accounts • Find and visit potential customers across the country • Follow up with customers on product satisfaction • Develop and maintain a customer database • Participate in sales events • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. • Planning and doing sales negotiation and developing sales and tracking contracts and following sales until getting the results • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs • Working closely with existing and new channel partners and directly customers. Main responsibilities: • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure • Self Motivated and ability to work in a team • Good computer skills and Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc. • Ability to search on internet in both Persian and English language • Ability to learn and adapt quickly • Having a professional and friendly look • Creative, trustworthy, energetic and motivated • Interested in sales & marketing Reporting to : Sales Manager Other interactions : sales team, end user, reseller Number required : 2 Duration : Permanent Desired start date : Immediate Working hours : Sat-Wed 08:45-06:00, Thu 08:45-12:45 Travel requirements : Occasional travel within country Gross monthly base salary : Negotiable Commission / Bonus : Rewards according to targets Other Benefits : Complementary health insurance

Requirements

University qualifications: Minimum Bachelor in Commercial Management, Marketing, IT and related fields Other certifications: Any certificate related to sales and marketing is an advantage Previous experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in Field sales (IT, Office Machines, Retail Industry, shopfitting and other related fields) Specialist knowledge: • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure • Self Motivated and ability to work in a team • Good computer skills and Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc. • Ability to search on internet in both Persian and English language • Ability to learn and adapt quickly • Having a professional and friendly look • Creative, trustworthy, energetic and motivated • Interested in sales & marketing Ideal Age Range : 25-40 Current Residence : Tehran
