Job Description
We need disciplined, energetic and self-motivated colleague to organize and prioritize the workflow of the marketing & sales office
• Manage client’s calls, messages, office supplies, correspondence, presentations, coordinating with mangers of other divisions
• Schedule meetings/appointments, answering calls, handling emails and documentation
• Keeping up to date with schedules and event calendars
• Perform administrative activities, handle and follow-up travel arrangements & other logistical support
• Prepare internal and external company documents for team members and industry partners
• Gather data and regularly update the related database
• Coordinate with different divisions
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
