Job Description
*Build effective relationships with customers by understanding the needs of customers and gain the customers' trust and respect. * A team player, be inclined to cooperate. * It plans to make the sale. To this end; identify customer needs, to inform them of the innovations, communicate with customers with the aim of listening to complaints. * Provide prompt fulfillment of orders taken. *Inform the sales team for information exchange. * Followed by customer risk and reports to management. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on budget performance * Customer-Orders To keep up to date and contribute to the analysis of the data-base. * Make customer credit and risk management in collaboration with Accounting. * Contribute to the management information from the sales channels. * Reported to the relevant departments of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction. * Make the archiving of documents belonging to the department in accordance with the filing system. * Sales team to provide back office support.
Requirements
* At lease 3-5 year work experience as customer sales responsible / agent responsible or region sales responsible in food or FMGC industry, * Had a direct relation with distributors, * Experience in bakery and bakery products (Yeast, Bread Improver, Flour etc… ) * To create new customers and increase the efficiency of current customers *Closely follow competitor activities and keep the pulse of the market * English and Turkish speaking and writing. * Graduate in marketing and sales field or business management or food engineer. *Minimum age 26 years old. *Must be experience cold chain distribution System *Must know agent seller last consumer working system *Must experience in the collection system *Preferably with experience in retail and wholesale channels *Must be experience sales distribution, sales planning, creating sales operations *Reporting capabilities, must use MS Office programs on a good level, *To set goals for the team and will provide follow-up and contribute to the realization *Do not waiting for instructions that can operate with its own internal motivation and self-discipline *Have the ability to manage the team to team work *To adapt to flexible working hours *To adapt to the pace of busy travel *Based in Tabriz
