Job Description

Metasoft is Canada’s leading provider of SaaS-based funding information services. Our FoundationSearch software solves the #1 problem that faces every North American non-profit organization: finding new, reliable sources of funds every year. We literally take our customers’ biggest headache away with a simple to use web-based donor identification software that anyone can use. You will enjoy meaningful work helping non-profits make a difference. Responsibilities Reporting to the Tehran Manager, you will sell Metasoft’s SaaS funding information software to charities in North America. You will handle cold calling, conducting consultative needs assessments and solution-based online presentations, managing decision processes with Executive Directors and Boards of Directors, and closing sales.

Requirements

We are looking for a proven sales closer with perfect verbal and written English skills, and familiar with telephone sales and internet product presentations. In addition to your outstanding consultative sales approach, stellar objection handling, and strong closing skills, your ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline in a high volume, fast-paced, and short cycle sales environment will be critical to your success. This is a work at the home role – you will need reliable internet access for both phone and computer communications. This position offers excellent compensation and the opportunity to work in Canada for high-performing candidates.
