Job Description
• Identify new customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to the target audience to achieve agreed targets in line with company strategy. • Regular customer visits to monitor product availability and movement. • Maintain and update Marketing and Sales databases. • Fully understanding the market for the assigned products and services and continuously improving marketing and selling strategies. • Be an active member of proposal and pricing team and provide inputs for analysis. • To be fully operational in sales techniques, master all operational and promotional tools. • Implement ongoing Targeting and Profiling of customers. • Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback on a regular basis. Report any relevant information to Sales and Marketing Manager. • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs on regular basis and see how these needs could be best met. • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations, unions, clubs, and attending related trade shows and conferences.
Requirements
Education: • University qualification: Bachelor degree in related fields. General Skills: • Flexible with frequent traveling (domestic & International). • Flexible with working hours. • Previous related experience: Minimum 3-5 years. • Team player. • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Self Initiative, Independent and well-organized. Specific knowledge: • Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Good command of English Language • Sales and Marketing • Order Processing and Customer Service Other interactions: Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Health, Banks, Customs, Local and Foreign Partners. Reporting to: Marketing and Sales Director Desired start date: Immediate Probation period: 3 months
