• You will play an instrumental role in developing new customers & products and expanding the business into new markets & territories. • Has good experience on Audio visual Products • Have operational exposure to key accounts management, budgets, P&L & cash flow. • Responsible for meeting individual & team’s agreed objectives & targets as per the organizational plans. • To work closely with the team for ensuring 100% customer coverage all times. • Advice management on strategic & tactical matters including performance review, budgets, cost cutting measures, forecasting & profit center management. • Analyze the team’s performance closely through various reports to ensure sustained growth & performance of the team. • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies and marketing plans as needed • Co-ordinate the preparation of tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data including; costs, insurance and any requirements.
