Job Description

- Registration of new customer information in the system - Archiving costumers files - Registration of orders in Varanegar software - Controlling of orders registered in Varanegar software - Contact the customer and check the customer's satisfaction - Have a close relationship with the supply team in order to improve the supply process and optimize sales potential - Continuous monitoring and assessment of the sales process, and filing related reports -- Identifying customer needs and being skilled at customer retention and acquisition - Answering customers’ questions and get customer satisfaction - Providing professional and comprehensive services to customers - Filing detailed reports containing needed analyses and specifying necessary solutions - Analyzing the problems and avoiding them in the future - Control of attendance and coordination with the administrative unit

Requirements

- Having at least 3 years of experience in related fields - ICDL Skills especially Excel and outlook - Skilled at supervising Customer Support Team - Skilled at answering phone calls and conveying positive vibes to customers - The ability to build a professional relationship with customers and get customer satisfaction by means of intelligent and professional answering - Being welcoming, kind and highly energetic - The ability to solve the problems - Excellent public relations - Not stopping the efforts until the desired outcome is reached and thereby get customer satisfaction
