Job Description

• Searching for new clients who could be potential in customer for our products • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers • Managing and interpreting customer requirements • Calculating client's quotations • Negotiating tender and contract terms • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions • Offering after-sales support services • Administering client accounts • Preparing reports for Managers • Meeting regular sales targets • Recording and maintaining client contact data • Co-coordinating sales projects • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs • Liaising with other members of the sales team • Perform best practice project procurement processes • Drive the procurement processes and guide the project team on steps and required activities • Maintain clear and structured overview of status for all project procurement • Develop and maintain contract and agreement documentation • Ensure contracts and agreements are stored in line with project and internal requirements • Ensure associated Purchase Orders are raised for commitments in collaboration with project administration and maintaining SAP records • Ensure project controls requirements are included in all site procurement • Follow up on deliveries and ensure goods receipts are performed accurately including SAP records • Lead negotiations with Contractors/Vendors as required • Interact closely with the Senior Project Controls Engineer based in Denmark for change management in relation to internal contract variations • Establish strong working relationships with key project and stakeholders


• University qualifications: BS or MS in Engineering • Other certifications: Business Administration • Previous experience: 3 years’ experience as sales engineer or sales expert Specialist knowledge: • International Business and Intercoms • Sales Contract Administration • Logistics and shipment • Contract management and follow up • Having the experience in Oil and Gas field and being familiar with pertinent potential clients • Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening) • Team working • Familiar with general terms and conditions of marketing and business development • Having the experience of cooperation with the foreign companies • Social Perceptiveness • Self-motivated • Strong administrative and managerial skills • Excellent communication skills and problem solving capabilities
