Job Description
- To lead & develop a high performing sales experts team. - Set the individual weekly and monthly target for each Sales experts and Monitor progress against sales value and volume targets - Design daily and weekly route plans for Sales experts and Ensure route efficiency by taking Necessary actions to improve the routes - Ensure effective execution of company's plans at trade level. - Increase coverage & penetration of company products. - Ensure that payment terms are respected. - To ensure timely & accurate Reporting.
Requirements
- At least BS degree preferably in relevant field - Minimum 10 years experienced in sales supervisory positions preferably in paint & coating, Experiences in Resin Field is an advantage. - Eager to achieve high targets - Good Communication Skills - Effective negotiation skills - Advanced level of Microsoft Office - Fluency in English both verbal & written
