Job Description

Sales and Marketing plays a key role in the success and failure of an organization. We are looking for a high-performing sales Manager who plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization. He/she will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Responsibilities - Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues - Prepare budgets and approve expenditures - Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts - Analyze sales statistics - Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services - Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives - Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue - Formulate sales policies and procedures - Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis - Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience - BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field - Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy - Proven experience in customer relationship management - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Knowledge of market research - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Relevant product and industry knowledge Key Competencies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent Analytical skills - Information management - Formal presentation skills - Persuasiveness - Adaptability - Innovation - Judgment - Decision-making - Stress tolerance
