Job Description

-Research & find a high potential customer or area in local market, attending to tender & ability for preparing related documents, no have limitation for periodic travel to visit customer or develop new market -Responsible to supervise the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives -Create, develop and implement sales strategies -Monitoring sales activities and implementing company policies -Communicating with customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner -Follow up with existing clients on their requirements -Follow up on the customers' accounts, invoices and payments -Develop and maintain customers' database -Handle outdoor sales activities -Prepare the monthly / weekly related report to CEO -Responsible for sales planning, managing and developing marketing plans, strategies and campaigns

Requirements

-MS Degree or MBA Preferred in a related field -At least 7 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in construction industry) -Familiar with legal contracts and tenders -Leadership abilities, sales and negotiation skills and collecting data statistics; e.g. ability to work with CRM -Good knowledge of foreign sales and marketing -Flexible to domestic and overseas traveling -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45 years -Gender Preference: Male -Fluent in English
