Job Description

- Searching for new clients - Travelling to visit potential clients - Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers - Managing and interpreting customer requirements - Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs -Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions -Administering client accounts -Preparing reports for manager -Meeting regular sales targets

Requirements

- Familiar with construction industry and material that are used - Familiar with concrete admixture and its function - Teamwork skills and good social communication -Initiative, Independent and well-organized character - Being honest, flexible, self-motivated, punctual, accurate, self-organized and fast-learner -Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) -Good command of English: written and oral -University Degree: BS in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering - At least 3 - 5 years of experience in direct sales (in building material) -Ideal Age Range: 30-40 -Gender: Male
