- Objective of the role: Increase the speed and quality of sales process, retaining the customer.
- List of responsibilities: Meet customers on daily basis, support the customers on the issues they face, review the orders and issue requested invoices, resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries.
- Reporting to: Sales and marketing manager.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 8 am-5 pm.
- University Qualifications: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical engineering and Master of business Administration.
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years’ experience as sales person or marketer.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership ability, Good negotiation skill, Ability to work as a team members, excellent communication skills.
