● Lead and coordinate activities involving sales of products.

● Visiting the market routinely to gather data and supervising productivity of sales team. Also deciding the best strategy based on data have been gathered from the market.
● Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target - Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
● Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
● Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
