Responsible for forecasting sales volume of different category of business.
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Understand business need and bring practical strategies to overcome obstacles.
Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets and increasing sales of Company’s product.
Assign sales territories, breakdown sales targets and establish efficient routs for the team of sales force.
Build a sales plan, analyze data, prepare required reports and provide market insight for sales development and Marketing team.
Targeting and ability to design different business plans to sell toward achieving targets.
