Responsible for forecasting sales volume of different category of business.
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Understand business need and bring practical strategies to overcome obstacles.
Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets and increasing sales of Company’s product.
Assign sales territories, breakdown sales targets and establish efficient routs for the team of sales force.
Build a sales plan, analyze data, prepare required reports and provide market insight for sales development and Marketing team.
Targeting and ability to design different business plans to sell toward achieving targets.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Age: Minimum 30 years.
Minimum 5 years' experience in related fields.
Having experience of working in FMCG companies.
Significant experience of managing sales force and working with distributors.
Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPI .
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Leadership (people under supervision).
