• Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients. • Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales targets. • Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement. • Supervising the activities of sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives. • Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies & pharmacies. • Creating strategies to optimize and grow our program through established and new networks. • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget. • Being able to go on missions. • Project location: Tehran.
1. Studied only in DVM, Pharm D or M.D. 2. At least 4 years of experience in the related role. 3. Hardworking, Multi-tasking capability and team management skill. 4. Effective negotiation skills. 5. Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning and forecasting. 6. Good command of English and Office skills. 7. Innovative and sociable. 8. Willingness to put in long hours of work to achieve planned objectives. 9. Having related experience in pharmaceutical companies.
