- Developing sales & marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes; evolving market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve targets
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping aligned with market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve preset targets
- Running the sales and marketing operations for increasing and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
- Achieving regional and territory wise targets, monitoring the sales on a quarterly basis.
- Identifying key business opportunities in new and existing market and ensuring sales and market share of the products with effective utilization of available resources resulting in maximum ROI on sales.
