• Managing and supervising a team in sale development department in all aspects including the tasks assignments, tasks prioritization, training and motivating sales team and... • Define sales and distribution targets for the country • Identifying the new market potential as well as potential customers • Identify and seek new sales channel and propose new solutions to increase sales level • Market visit and activity reports in covered areas • Communication with the distributors to increase their awareness about products to achieve sales target • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service • Provides regular monthly, weekly and daily reports from contacts and customers for all the accounts. • Liaising with other internal departments such as marketing

Requirements

• Gender: Male • Probation period: 3 months. • Preferably 7 years or more experience in relevant field. • Good Computer Knowledge in MS Office (Advance in Excel for Reporting). • Good Knowledge with CRM. • Candidate must be residing in: Gilan • Good Team worker. • English knowledge: is essential. • Stress tolerance. • Being responsible and committed. • Initiative and innovative with the work. • Having strong strategic thinking. • Problem solving skills. • Confident, creative, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible, with excellent communication skills.
