Lead & develop branch team members • Drive each team member to achieve sales target • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. ý • ýPrepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customer's ýand ýprospective customers • Preparing sales contracts and agreements • Closely follow market and competitor activities in the industry and assist to develop new business Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services • Explore & Study the competitor's movements in the target market Manage and lead sales and distribution team and coordinate between sales and other staff
