Job Description

What are my responsibilities? · Leads a team of technical sales engineers in direct sale of Building Management Systems, HVAC systems, Chillers and Boilers to secure orders and achieve the unit targets. · Leads the sales team in account management, opportunity acquisition, negotiations with customers and successful closing of techno commercial terms. · Responsible for order intake, forecasting and assist in budget preparation. · Responsible for achieving budget order intake targets at or exceeding budget gross margins. · Ensure repeat orders from customers. Area of responsibility has significant impact on business continuity and P&L · Co-ordinate and direct day to day sales efforts of assigned sales engineers to meet sales revenue and other financial objects · Define workflows, jobs and reporting relationship within the team to obtain optimum effectiveness · Develop and continuously update business plans to support market share · Provides advanced and comprehensive technical application assistance in key sales situation · Assist in preparation of budget and work out own team costs and control the same. · Identify resource needs and develop justification · Continuously enhance and improve existing policies and processes · Responsible for overall success of the function · Builds partnering relationships with the contractors and owner or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sales of BMS/Fire/Security offerings, understands the customer's business and speak their language, demonstrates technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment · Seeks out, targets and initiates contact with multiple prospective customers, develops network of contacts, understands and leverages the sales process checkpoints as well as demonstrates how to sell for his team. for sales · Influences the project descriptions and specifications for required standards to fulfill the technical requirements by visiting consultants and end customers and making presentations · Addresses customer's operational and environmental objectives, needs and requirements, recommends solutions and links customer objectives to total value solution and competitive advantage, and differentiates Siemens Total Building Solution (TBS) services and products from competitors based on business benefits.

Requirements

What do I need to qualify for this job? · Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering · Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic and English languages · Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales · Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC Control, Security Systems & Fire Safety knowledge/experience What do I need to know? · Self motivated · Able of handling conceptual and detailed work · Successful in negotiations, good communicator · Stress resistant & success oriented · Strategic-Innovative Orientation · Business-Results Orientation · Customer Orientation · Change Management · Collaboration & Influencing · Leadership skills · Team Development · Value Orientation How do I apply?
