Job Description

Persia Consulting acting on behalf of a reputable German multinational company is seeking to recruit a Business Development and Sales Manager specialized in Industry who will be responsible for the end to end business development and sales cycle process for Industry Business. (S)he will have the authority over ensuring the attainment of sales targets for Iran's Industry business which includes everything related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plants and other Industry facilities. The Sales Manager should be capable of working independently or jointly with the Managing Director in executing business development activities. Conducting analysis and key strategies in the continuous improvement of the periodic business results as well as ensuring that the sales process and standards are met, will be another of his/her major tasks. In addition, (s)he is supposed ensure good customer relations as well as managing customer issues that may come up. Being capable of performing ad-hoc assignments will be required, too. Furthermore, this person will be responsible for upholding the professional image of the organization in daily dealings with clients, business partners and consultants.

Requirements

University qualifications : BA in Engineering, or equivalent Previous experience : The proven experience as a BD or Sales Manager or any other related position should be minimum five years in a multinational company working for the same or equivalent position. Specialist knowledge : Profound knowledge of how an international business works as well as the actual experience working in this set-up. Other Skills : Farsi and very good English communication skills are an absolute must. In addition, the Sales Manager has to have the ability to lead conversations as well as presenting and negotiating in English verbally an in writing. Business savvy and strong entrepreneurial skills with a can-do-attitude and tenacity to meet targets asap. Ideal Age Range : 35-53 Current Residence : Tehran
