Job Description

- Measurement of promotional effectiveness, measure/monitor sales execution standards - Understand/explain past performance of key sales indicators - Monthly communication of fact-based results/gaps/opportunities/concerns at a regional level and national level - Insightful and actionable strategies/recommendations to improve the top line of the Sales business (increase volume, market share) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - achievement to new competitive advantages - identifying new opportunity - level of improved prosses in department - number of prepared reports - level of modeling of data

Requirements

- BA and/or MS in Computer Science, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering - 3+ years of data analytics experience - Supervision experience is a must - FMCG industry experience is a plus - Ability to create complex data models and blend disparate data sources - Ability to manage, manipulate analyze large volumes of data and interpret into meaningful reports and dashboards to generate insights and solutions - Advanced proficiency in working with business intelligence tools, such as Excel & Power BI - Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach - Strong communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills - Presentation skills which can impact and influence business decisions - Ability to influence change and work under pressure with tight deadlines - Ability to work across multiple dimensions (regions, brands, SKU's, channels) - Ability to work/influence across multiple functions (Marketing, Supply, Customer Marketing, Finance, etc.) - Strong Data Management and mining experience
