Job Description
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of Dealers and the preparation of action plans to improve.
• Guidance system representatives and sales representatives to move in line with the objectives and strategies of the organization.
• Sales planning and control plans in accordance with company policies.
• Suggesting in order providing policy and decision-making.
• Control directives and sales methods.
• Review and analysis of the competitors situation in your area, be creative and have new ideas and innovative.
• Resolve problems and questions of representatives and their sales team.
• Control Strategic and process parameters.
• Follow up report including dealer performance, commitments, etc.
• Regularly visiting the dealers and investigating their situation with relevant report.
• Check dealers stock and if needs, transfer cars between dealers.
• Follow sales monthly plan.
• Follow up to delivery vehicles from logistic.
• For any car which damage on the way, fill the related form and follow with After Sales Department to repair it.
• Coordinate and cooperate with Network colleagues to find new Sales dealers
• Control dealers.
• Follow up dealers' stock.
