Job Description

-Responsiveness and follow up of all customer requests in the field of sales and Shatel products -Selling engineering and providing advice and guidance to new applicants for Shatel services to choose the right service -Send all relevant service information to applicants through the communication methods available in the organization -Daily handling and answering to Voice Mail and Tickets based on standard times Job Location: Tehran

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Economics, Computer Engineering or industry -At least 1 year of related work experience -Introducing the principles of sales and marketing -Mastering the principles and techniques of telephone sales -Multidisciplinary problem solving
