• Achieve sales targets and objectives; • Develop and update prospect list (potential customers) • Acquire customer information and establish customer database • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. ý • ýPrepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customer's ýand ýprospective customers. • ýResearch and identify potential customers for products or services. • Respond to customer questions and need for information regarding products & services, prices, availability, & credit terms • Assist in preparing sales contracts and agreements • Closely follow market and competitor activities in the industry • Represent the company at marketing events, workshops and customer trainings
