Job Description
- To meet Sales target - Direct sales to the assigned accounts or geographic territories. - Manages long-term and beneficial relations with customers. - Selling the appropriate product to the potential customer - Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables - Provides regular monthly, weekly and daily reports from contacts and customers in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for all his/her accounts - Active customer visits and efficient communications - Get a schedule of Head of Sales Departments - Collect information and identify opportunities and threats facing the machinery sales department - Record data in the bank market - Statistical analysis of competitors and offer market data and issue reports - Needs assessment and identification of gaps and opportunities in each region or field - Prepares proposals for all quotes, tenders and necessary technical documentations
Requirements
- Familiar to the automotive industry - Familiar to introduction to sales and compounding / techniques of negotiation - Minimum BA in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, polymer Engineering, Business Management, Industrial engineering or other related fields - Minimum 2 years related experience (automobile industry) - Familiarity with English language - Communication skills, Decision making skill, Self-Motivate, Analytical thinking and able to take initiative - Ability to work under pressure and high workload for customers - Age: 25 - 35
