Job Description
To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Also responding to incoming emails in a timely manner;
- Arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Meeting and interviewing clients;
- Capability of handling Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments;
- Preparing necessary or requested reports for management;
- Attending exhibitions, seminars, and events;
- Providing customer’s required rates and shipment follow ups;
