Acquisition of new customers and increase sales Acquisition of new distributors and managing sales network Oversee of regional and local distributors Determine price schedules and discount rates Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts and stock orders Engage in market research Produce weekly reports updates on sales and strategy Compensation: Base Salary + Commission Number of required persons: 1 Duration: Permanent Desire Start Date: As soon as possible Probationary Period: 3 months Work Hours: Saturday - Wednesday (8:30 -- 16:30) Thursday (9:00 -- 13:00)
Requirements
• At least 3 years of related work experience • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Preferably between 25 and 35 years old • Self-motivated • Professional • Motivated and self-directed, ability to work with minimum supervision • Good negotiator • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality • Familiarity with building material market • Having familiarity and relationship with architects, building contractors and consultant is desirable • Occasional travel within Iran Skills: • High level of computer literacy • Full command of Internet, search engines, email, outlook etc. • Full command of PowerPoint, Excel and Word • Strong interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
