We are seeking a high energy, motivated technical sales professional to promote competitive solutions with current and potential customers in order to maximizing both revenue returns and customer satisfaction within the Iran and region El&Es market. Preferred candidate will have 3 years of sales experience within the building facilities, especially elevator. 1- Achieve annual sales, gross margin and market share targets set by management. 2- Estimating, bidding, and negotiating elevators and escalators for new installation projects. 3- Providing basic elevator consultation and technical guidance to building owners, general contractors, architects, and consultants. 4- Possess broad product knowledge of all elevator/escalator solutions and specialized architectural product knowledge. 5- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal/external educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 6- Read/interpret architectural drawings. 7- Conduct and run productive sales meetings. 8- Make and deliver effective technical presentations explaining products/ services/ solutions to customers. 9- Building and maintaining customer relationships. 10- Document account activities, generate reports and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers. Convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written. 11- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. 12- Overseeing job details throughout the sales process, including managing contract documents, creating approvals and layouts and tracking to completion. . Reporting to: Managing Director/ Sales & Marketing Director. Length of Probation Period: 3 months. Working hours: 9 am- 5 pm. Gross Monthly Base Salary: 2 ~ 5 Million Toman.
1- Preferred candidate will have 3 years of sales experience; Sales experience within the building product & facilities industry is required. 2- Be aggressive, goal-oriented individual who has demonstrated their ability to work independently and efficiently. 3- Should also have selling strategy and have demonstrated good business decision making in previous positions. 4- Candidates must be a team player and have the ability to create proposals and sell on factors other than price. 5- Must be proficient in reading/understanding architectural drawings and specifications and work with engineers to provide tailor-made solutions. 6- Candidates must possess proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with a diverse background of all levels and disciplines, including general contractors and architects. 7- Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must. 8- High attention to detail a must. 9- Exceptional communication skills and customer focus. 10- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 11- Strong numeracy and analytical skills. 12- Candidate will need to have worked in Telesales, Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, Account Management, Customer Service or Call Centre. 13- Candidate must be organized, have attention to detail, accuracy in your work and experience of using CRM systems and Microsoft. 14- Candidate must be target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization and be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload to ensure that the Customer has any day to day issues resolved effectively and that all sales, KPI, and revenue targets are achieved. University Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or technical field preferred; or equivalent in relevant work experience.
