Requirements

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or MBA with engineering background • Two (2) to five ( 5) years of telecoms experience in designing & engineering of Microwave systems for Oil & Gas Industries and Mobile Operator • Excellent knowledge of microwave components and a good understanding of Microwave & RF & LTE • Experience in IP Networking, LAN/WAN designs, Microwave Systems, Mobile and 3G Wireless data system and VoLTE • Familiar with Microwave brand and Radio links in Iran market • Good knowledge in marketing and sales in B2B field • Familiar with CRA (Communications Regulatory Authority) • Motivated and skilled negotiator • Excellent written and oral communication skills • PC proficient, including Adobe, Excel, Word, MS Project, Power Point, Outlook, • Creative problem solving skills to accomplish tasks in an entrepreneurial environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Farsi (IELTS 6 or above) • Must be able to work with other disciplines to develop and implement system designs in response to customer specific requirements
