Objective: Looking for an experienced sales & technical support expert to take an active role in sales department Main responsibilities: - Receiving inquires for the defined market segment. - Evaluating all related tenders and taking appropriate action - Managing and interpreting customer requirements. - Handling technical negotiations. - Processing and preparing required quotations. - Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. - Frequent customer visits & follow ups. - Establish and maintain relationship with current and potential customers. - Constant reporting. - Resolves customer complaints by recording problems, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Requirements
University qualifications: B.Sc. in Mechanical / Petroleum/ Process / Polymer Engineering - Previous experience: At least 1 years’ experience as sales engineer in oil, gas, and petrochemical segment - Ideal Age Range: Max 40 - Language Skills: Working knowledge in English, Fluency in English will be an advantage - Current Residence: Tehran - Other Skills: Active Systematic thought and analyzing ability, excellent communication and negotiation skill, innovative, strong customer responsiveness, Good knowledge in marketing and market research, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, Creative, reliable, problem solving skills.
