Job Description
-Determines sales target and gross-profit plans aligned with Business Plan
-Achieves satisfactory profit ratio and market share in relation to business plan
-Manage client relationships
-Actively Monitor market and provide suggestion and direction in react to the market change
-Initiative solutions to enhance sales and lead team to its implementation in corporate with marketing
-Budget sales activities and ensure its execution aligned with the allocated budget
-Directing and coaching sales force at highest level of productivity and motivation
-Manage stakeholder relationships to buy in their commitment and support in the success of business
-Coordinate with other department to build sales and service activation infrastructure
-Advocate customer satisfaction of service in the process of sales and after sales
-Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units
-Manage sales reporting, ensure data verification and daily monitoring
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
